Field Resources Supervisor

As a Field Resources Supervisor at Tremco Incorporated, you will be responsible for overseeing the timely delivery of services, ensuring profitability, and managing employee performance within the region.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate staffing and scheduling of Field Representatives to ensure proper utilization of manpower on specific jobs for highest profitability.
  • Collaborate with other Field Supervisors and Sales Managers as necessary.
  • Oversee Quality Control (QC) process of Field Representatives, including random site visits and proper documentation.
  • Ensure profitability within the region by monitoring employee expenses, overtime hours, and billable time.
  • Conduct and foster professional communication with customers, sales reps, field staff, and internal company personnel.
  • Manage, monitor, and document performance of Field Representatives and take corrective measures to resolve employee and work-related issues.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Prior supervisory experience and ability to manage people and tasks
  • Commercial roofing experience, including patch and repair skills
  • Knowledge of Project Management, planning, and scheduling skills
  • Functional computer skills and safety training

Working Environment:

The ideal candidate will be able to work independently, solve problems, and delegate assignments. Ability to climb ladders and work in a fast-paced environment is required.
