  • Coordinate with peers, supervisors, and customers to ensure seamless equipment operation and minimize interruptions.
  • Order and install parts as needed to maintain equipment functionality.
  • Respond to emergency service calls and provide timely support to customers.
  • Instruct customer operating technicians on system operation and maintenance procedures.
  • Perform upgrades and modifications to equipment as required to ensure optimal performance.
  • Stay current on equipment and tools through regular training, manuals, and industry publications.
  • Maintain company property, including vehicles and tools, in good condition.
  • Adhere to company standards of conduct and maintain customer credentials for on-site access.

Requirements:

  • Associate's degree in electronics, engineering, or a related field; Bachelor's degree in engineering or technology preferred.
  • At least 10 years of experience in maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of semiconductor capital equipment.
  • Excellent customer interface skills and ability to work effectively with customers.
  • Mechanical aptitude and ability to use appropriate tools.
  • Thorough understanding of technical issues involving equipment maintenance, repair, and installation, as well as company procedures.
