The IT Project Manager is responsible for steering projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget through effective management and comprehensive requirement analysis. A solid background in programming, IT networking, desktop support, and relevant education is crucial for success in this role.

  • Ensure compliance with regulations including data privacy, GDPR, and cybersecurity.
  • Foster a values-driven culture and uphold leadership principles.
  • Oversee IT projects, including planning, organizing, and resource allocation.
  • Maintain best practices in project management.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze project requirements.
  • Ensure solutions align with corporate IT architecture and policies.
  • Manage software development and testing processes.
  • Align network infrastructure with project requirements.
  • Oversee IT desktop support operations as per project needs.
  • Manage project budgets and resource distribution.

Qualifications...

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience in IT project management and requirement analysis within a manufacturing environment.
  • Proven knowledge in programming development, AI, IT networking, desktop support, and other IT domains.
  • Strong leadership abilities with a capacity to coach and mentor team members.
  • Expertise in IT security, compliance, and industry standards.
  • Experience with SAP and Citrix-related projects is preferred.
