As an HR Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing clerical and administrative support to HR executives, compiling and updating employee records, processing documentation, and preparing reports related to personnel activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to HR executives, including preparing reports, updating records, and coordinating projects.
  • Compile and update employee records, both hard and soft copies.
  • Process documentation and prepare reports related to personnel activities, including staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, and performance evaluations.
  • Coordinate HR projects, including meetings, training, and surveys, and take minutes.
  • Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations.
