Job Responsibilities
- Assist with counter sales and provide exceptional customer service.
- Address customer inquiries regarding accounts, products, pricing, and services through both phone and in-person interactions.
- Identify customer needs and deliver timely solutions to inquiries.
- Process orders, provide pricing information, and enter orders into the system while ensuring accurate order fulfillment.
- Communicate product features, benefits, and warranty policies effectively to customers.
- Utilize product knowledge to offer technical advice, troubleshoot issues, and resolve customer concerns.
- Promote additional products and services by recognizing related items and informing customers of current promotions.
- Maintain clean and well-stocked merchandise displays.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Work Environment
This position is primarily located in a comfortable indoor setting, with infrequent exposure to unpleasant conditions. The role involves a significant amount of sitting, with opportunities for movement throughout the day. Overnight travel is minimal, typically less than 10%.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is strongly preferred. Specialized training or certification may be required.
- Generally, 2-5 years of relevant experience is expected.
