We are in search of a Head of Customer Relationship Management to spearhead our CRM initiatives. This role is crucial for fostering customer engagement and driving revenue through direct consumer interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate and oversee CRM strategies that align with organizational and marketing objectives.
- Craft and refine customer journey frameworks to enhance user experience.
- Implement a testing strategy to improve content effectiveness and channel performance.
- Lead marketing automation efforts in email and mobile outreach programs.
- Evaluate performance metrics against established KPIs to assess effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Over a decade of experience in CRM marketing.
- At least five years of experience in a leadership capacity.
- Proficient in CRM and Customer Data Platform (CDP) technologies.
- Experience in developing integrated cross-channel CRM strategies.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
