We are in search of a Head of Customer Relationship Management to spearhead our CRM initiatives. This role is crucial for fostering customer engagement and driving revenue through direct consumer interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and oversee CRM strategies that align with organizational and marketing objectives.
  • Craft and refine customer journey frameworks to enhance user experience.
  • Implement a testing strategy to improve content effectiveness and channel performance.
  • Lead marketing automation efforts in email and mobile outreach programs.
  • Evaluate performance metrics against established KPIs to assess effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Over a decade of experience in CRM marketing.
  • At least five years of experience in a leadership capacity.
  • Proficient in CRM and Customer Data Platform (CDP) technologies.
  • Experience in developing integrated cross-channel CRM strategies.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
