We are seeking a qualified Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist to become part of a reputable psychiatric facility in the North San Francisco Bay Area. This role is crucial for enhancing our Inpatient Services team.
Our facility is a fully accredited 148-bed private psychiatric hospital that has been delivering exceptional mental health care for over three decades. We offer a wide array of services, including complimentary assessments, inpatient psychiatric care, partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient programs, and specialized chemical dependency outpatient programs for children, adolescents, and adults.
We emphasize a nurturing environment where patients work closely with their treatment teams to develop effective recovery strategies. Our commitment to continuity of care ensures that patients are linked with suitable resources after treatment to support their recovery journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide inpatient care for children and adolescents or general psychiatric services
- Optional involvement in outpatient services
- Collaborate with a well-established and diverse medical and administrative team
- Engage with a high-functioning and affluent patient demographic
- Work with a consistent and varied payor mix
- Maintain a manageable daily caseload averaging 15 encounters
- Independent contractor/1099 status with an optional stipend for Unit Director role
- Potential earnings ranging from $300,000 to $450,000+
