About the Role

Ambassador Resources is seeking a highly skilled Account Associate to join our team. As an Account Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Finance department with various tasks, including monthly general ledger close, journal entries, account reconciliations, and cash flow projections.

Key Responsibilities
  • General Accounting: Prepare and process monthly journal entries, account reconciliations, and quarterly intercompany schedules for foreign affiliates and domestic entities.
  • Banking: Manage daily cash reporting, ACH/Wire payment processing, weekly international cash reporting, and monthly currency exchange rate reporting.
  • Purchasing: Create, process, and manage purchase orders and requisitions, as well as process orders/purchases using corporate credit cards.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting (required)
  • 6 months of accounting experience
  • CPA or pursuit of preferred
Requirements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multi-task
  • Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information and possess excellent communication skills
