HR Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Coordinator to join our dynamic team at JFC Global. As an HR Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the HR Manager and contributing to the smooth operation of our HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment Support: Assist in the recruitment process for case managers and identify retention needs within the organization.
  • Employee Relations: Manage employee relations issues and facilitate challenging conversations as necessary.
  • Benefits Administration: Oversee unemployment and compensation claims and conduct employment verifications.
  • HRIS Support: Provide backup support to the HRIS Specialist, assisting with onboarding processes.
  • General HR Functions: Support various general HR functions as needed.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in HR or human services.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a team-oriented mindset.
  • Proficient in computer applications, including Indeed and Sage systems.
  • HRIS experience is preferred.
