Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to Distribution Center management on all areas of human resources, including employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance with federal and state employment laws.
  • Work closely with the DC Manager to ensure effective communication between all levels of employees and facilitate timely resolution of employee issues and conflicts.
  • Coordinate performance management programs, ensuring performance expectations are set, policy guidelines are met, and performance evaluations are conducted effectively and on time.
  • Implement and apply company policies and procedures to ensure a safe, inclusive, and productive work environment.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including I-9 forms, personnel transactions, and labor law updates.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources, preferably in a distribution or manufacturing setting.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly.
  • Familiarity with employment laws and regulations, including those related to equal employment opportunity, worker's compensation, and unemployment insurance.
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, based on experience.
