**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead and manage the delivery of key HR projects and presentations within Penn Medicine Lancaster General Health (PMLGH). This includes the planning, executing, and monitoring of HR projects during the entire life cycle, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develops and manages project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders to develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Monitors and reports high-level project process and performance, identifying any major barriers, resolving issues, and risks.
  • Provides oversight and direction for projects, leading, guiding, assisting, and coordinating support services to the project.
  • Communicates project status and progress to stakeholders and senior leadership as appropriate.
  • Develops and maintains project documentation, including project charters, timelines, and reporting.
  • Conducts post-project reviews to assess success and areas of opportunity for improvement.
  • Collects, analyzes, and formats human resources data for multiple stakeholders on a regular basis.
  • Maintains and updates regular monthly HR data and PowerPoint presentations for various operational areas and executive leaders.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in project management in a large organization.
  • Strong project management skills, including project planning, execution, and monitoring.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Fluency in Excel and PowerPoint.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

  • Experience in Human Resources project management.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
  • Experience with Workday.
