Advanced Pharmacy Technician RX Specialist

As an Advanced Pharmacy Technician, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of medication dispensing, while working in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with function supervisors to coordinate workflow and optimize medication preparation and processing
- Rotate through various pharmacy workstations, including Packaging, Staging, Returns, Receiving, Narcotics, IV, Ekit, Compounding, Omnicell Cycle Fill, and Machine Packaging
- Receive and process product deliveries, stage product for distribution, and coordinate activities with drivers to ensure timely and accurate shipments
- Perform physical inventories of medication and maintain accurate records

Requirements:
- Certification/licensed/registered pharmacy technician or as required by state law
- One (1) or more years of experience as a pharmacy technician or equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Additional skills and experience, but not required:
- Prior experience in the long-term care industry
- Prior experience in a pharmacy, retail, medical, or customer service setting
- PTCB National Certification
- Five (5) or more years of experience as a pharmacy technician or equivalent experience
Education:
- Verifiable High School Diploma or GED
Compensation:
The typical pay range for this role is:
$17.00 - $31.30This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors, including experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors.
