- Average Earnings: First-year average performers can expect total compensation ranging from $58k - $65k.

Qualifications:
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Excellent persuasive and professional sales and negotiation abilities.
- Proven sales experience with a successful track record.
- Ability to connect and build relationships over the phone.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in MS Word & Excel.
- A college degree is preferred but not mandatory with relevant sales experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales of England Logistics services.
- Engage in daily prospecting and make phone calls to potential clients.
- Identify client solutions and explore new business opportunities.
- Build, manage, and expand a personal book of business.
- Demonstrate coachability and accountability in your role.
