Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Roofing Administrative Assistant to join our team at BlueTeam. As a key member of our roofing division, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our projects from conception to completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to our roofing team, including scheduling, budgeting, and safety coordination.
  • Assist in the formatting of proposals and reports to ensure a professional appearance and grammar.
  • Ensure that estimators and project managers are assigned to all roofing leads in our proprietary software.
  • Schedule and attend weekly meetings with sales reps to coordinate accurate lead details.
  • Maintain leads in our CRM system and close out lost leads.
  • Coordinate with the roofing director to maintain the workflow of the division.
  • Perform administrative functions in Acumatica and assign permissions to all parties.
  • Maintain spotlight reports for new, pending, and active roofing leads.
  • Record KPI evaluations and scores.
  • Assist with work and purchase orders, turnover calls, and assignment calls.
  • Maintain all project files and perform other related duties as required.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of administrative experience.
  • Commercial construction/roofing experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and computer skills, including internet, email, MS Outlook, MS Excel, and MS Word.
