We are seeking a Service Coordinator for our Houston office. The primary role involves effectively managing and supervising the service-related functions within the Service department.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate service tickets in our internal system as they are received.
- Update CRM calendar and conduct follow-ups.
- Input tickets into our financial software.
- Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate and complete billing for clients.
- Establish new customer accounts.
- Provide daily reports as required.
- Maintain all platforms with current information.
- Handle a high volume of emails with vendors, team members, and clients.
- Manage customer expectations and improve service levels.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to quickly address customer service challenges.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in customer service.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (including PowerPoint), internet applications, and client-specific software.
- Effective time management and adaptability to changing priorities.
