Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Support Technician to join our team at UNC Health Care. As a Clinical Support Technician, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support to our patients and families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist healthcare providers with routine examinations and procedures
  • Transport patients and equipment as needed
  • Set up and maintain patient rooms
  • Perform a wide range of clerical, transcription, and maintenance tasks
  • Provide administrative and clerical support
  • Assist with patient education and reinforcement of teaching
  • Perform direct personal care to patients as outlined in the plan of care
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED)
  • Listed as a Nursing Assistant I by the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Service
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Requires six (6) months of clerical or customer service experience
