Baxter Auto Group is seeking a visionary HR Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our HR Leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving business outcomes through effective talent, culture, and leadership practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with General Managers and store leadership to develop and implement talent management strategies that drive business results.
  • Lead the development of future leadership talent for current store succession and future store growth.
  • Utilize employee experience pulse surveying data and insights to inform the execution of the Baxter Employee Experience Model within assigned stores.
  • Collaborate with other HR Business Partners to lead employment practices, including policy and handbook updates, management training, and effective handling of employee relations issues.
  • Develop and implement group-wide talent acquisition strategies and provide direction, coaching, and support to store-based talent acquisition roles.
  • Implement the group's multi-channel leadership development model within assigned stores.
  • Effectively execute diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging strategies within assigned stores.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of business operational and/or HR leadership experience, with a focus on executive-level leadership.
  • Knowledge of modern, innovative HR models, tools, practices, platforms, and approaches.
  • Ability to effectively lead and develop a strong HR team and be an effective member of the HR Leadership team.
  • Knowledge of EEO and ERISA laws and regulations.
  • Strong communication skills, including a welcoming approach, good listening skills, and empathy.
  • A positive approach and team-first mindset, with a desire to win together and help others.
  • Forward-thinking, progressive, and dynamic, with a focus on continuous improvement and individual and team growth and development.
  • Being curious, agile, and having a desire to embrace new experiences.
