Job Summary

Enterprise Precast Concrete is seeking a highly skilled HR/AP Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing personnel files, maintaining accurate time and attendance records, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage personnel files, including applications, drug screens, and background checks.
  • Process time and attendance records, vacation and leave of absence requests, and wage and W2 reports.
  • Enroll and maintain organization of employee benefit programs, including 401(k) and health insurance.
  • Handle paperwork and follow up for workman's compensation, unemployment claims, and garnishments.
  • Code sales invoices and review accounts payable between invoices and purchase orders.
  • Reconcile invoices to receivables list.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including opening and distributing mail, answering phone calls, and preparing miscellaneous checks.

Requirements:

  • Two-year or four-year college degree in business administration, accounting, or related field.
  • Minimum of three years computerized bookkeeping and cost accounting experience in a similar type of company.

Additional Skills:

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software and Sage X3 accounting system.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new software systems.
