Position Overview

  • Lead onboarding initiatives for new clients or services for existing clients.
  • Facilitate effective knowledge transfer to the technical team for ongoing support.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Occasionally act as a point of escalation for complex technical challenges.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as logging hours and maintaining documentation.
  • Engage with clients to provide updates on project status and any changes.
  • Create and update documentation of technical processes for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Mentor team members in technical aspects.
  • Exercise independent judgment in decision-making throughout the workday.
  • Complete required training and certifications to enhance personal and company objectives.
  • Contribute ideas for new products or services that could benefit clients.

Qualifications
  • In-depth knowledge of network and server environments, including server operating systems, virtualization technologies, email platforms, cloud services, networking, and security.
  • Expertise in Office 365 applications, with prior migration experience preferred.
  • Possession of professional IT certifications such as Microsoft MCP, MCSA, or MCSE, Citrix CCEA or CCIA, SonicWall CSSA, Cisco CCNA, or VMware VCP.
  • Understanding of network architectures, IP routing, switching, VLANs, 802.1X/RADIUS, VPN, and WiFi technologies.
  • Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in IT consulting or managed services.
