Job Title: Healthcare Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Healthcare Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for assisting patients in resolving their medical balances and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist patients in resolving their medical balances over the phone
  • Negotiate and collect payments
  • Provide empathetic and positive customer service
  • Resolve billing issues and provide solutions
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Experience in healthcare billing and finance
  • Understanding of HIPAA
  • Ability to learn new software quickly
Work Schedule:

We offer a flexible schedule with three options: M-F 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, 8:30 am - 5:30 pm, and 9:00 am - 6:00 pm. The position is temporarily remote due to COVID-19.
