Position Overview:

The Construction Technology Analyst is responsible for the administration, support, and management of technology applications within the construction sector. This role involves identifying opportunities for process enhancement and conducting detailed business analysis as required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide functional support for Procore and other construction technology applications.
  • Conduct in-depth process discovery to support project requirements.
  • Facilitate business process reengineering to standardize and optimize operations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, document, and manage requirements.
  • Support essential operational processes related to construction, including document control, financial management, project delivery, procurement, productivity tracking, and safety procedures.
  • Drive standardization of processes and tools where applicable.
  • Ensure compliance of technology solutions with company and client standards.
  • Act as a liaison between business users and third-party system providers.
  • Review system security profiles to maintain proper access controls.
  • Assist in developing and documenting standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Deliver training to business users to enhance process and system efficiency.
  • Participate in the evaluation and implementation of new technology solutions.
  • Travel as necessary to fulfill job responsibilities.
  • Maintain regular attendance as required by company policies.
Qualifications:

Applicants should possess a Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, information systems, or a related field, along with two years of relevant experience in a construction role, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Procore experience in an administrative capacity or as an end-user is preferred.
