Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure contract documents are accurate and comprehensive
  • Create and maintain project timelines
  • Collaborate with subcontractors and suppliers
  • Track project advancement and financial performance
  • Proactively identify and resolve project challenges
  • Prepare billing statements and oversee project completion
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline is preferred
  • A minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in heavy civil construction
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with various technology platforms
