POSITION SUMMARY

This role involves the support, administration, analysis, and management of construction technology applications, identifying opportunities for process enhancement, and conducting complex business analysis as required.

Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Providing administration and functional end-user support for Procore and other construction technology applications.
  • Conducting in-depth process discovery as needed to effectively support project requirements.
  • Facilitating business process reengineering and change management to standardize and enhance business processes and systems.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze, define, document, and manage those requirements.
  • Supporting critical operational and business processes within the construction sector, including document control, construction financials, project delivery, materials procurement, productivity tracking, site communications, quality assurance, safety, and other construction-related processes.
  • Promoting and driving standardization of processes and tools where applicable.
  • Ensuring compliance of construction technology solutions with company and client standards.
  • Acting as a liaison to represent business user needs to third-party system providers, consultants, and internal IT in support of current and future systems.
  • Reviewing system security profiles to guarantee proper segregation of duties and access to information.
  • Assisting in the creation and documentation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Developing and delivering training for business users to optimize processes and systems.
  • Assisting in the evaluation and testing of product beta releases and updates.
  • Generating and distributing company-wide communications related to construction technology initiatives and applications.
  • Representing the Construction Technology group at key construction project lifecycle meetings to coordinate and manage the implementation of various technologies.
  • Participating in the assessment, selection, and implementation of future technology solutions.
  • Traveling to company and subsidiary offices, offsite client, subcontractor, and supplier meetings, and other locations as necessary to fulfill the essential duties of the role.
  • Maintaining regular and reliable attendance as required by your Supervisor and company guidelines.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex documents.
  • Application of concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
  • Problem-solving skills, including data collection, fact establishment, and valid conclusion drawing.
  • Proficiency in basic arithmetic operations with whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills.
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree (B.S. or B.A.) in construction management, engineering, information systems, or technology AND 2 years of experience in a construction-related role OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Procore experience in an administrative support capacity or as an experienced end-user is preferred.
