Career Group is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to support their CEO. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing calendars and meetings, preparing documents, responding to emails, conducting research, drafting and editing documents, and assisting with larger projects like database management and event planning.

This is a hybrid in-office/remote role, Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm, with flexibility. We are looking for someone who is highly communicative, both written and verbally, with exceptional multitasking, prioritization, and initiative skills.

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on experience

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of administrative support experience in an office setting
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Collaborative attitude and willingness to assist on projects
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and take initiative
  • A type-A mindset and quick response times
  • Commitment to efficiency and thoughtfulness
