We are seeking a Human Resources (HR) Assistant to support our manufacturing operations in WILTON, Connecticut. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity, where the HR Assistant will play a crucial role in maintaining efficient HR processes, from onboarding to policy administration and benefits management.


Responsibilities:

• Execute administrative tasks to support the HR team

• Contribute to the consistent implementation of HR policies and programs

• Facilitate pre-employment activities, which include managing background checks and employment paperwork

• Coordinate the onboarding process by scheduling, communicating with new employees, and managing necessary paperwork

• Enter and maintain new employee data on digital platforms

• Monitor and update Return to Work Dates and liaise with I

• Possession of a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.

• Proven experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry.

• Proficiency in data entry with high level of accuracy.

• Familiarity with HR software and HRIS systems.

• Strong understanding of HR processes

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.

• Good problem-solving abilities.

• High level of professionalism and integrity.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

• Willingness to continually update knowledge and skills.
