About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Time Support Specialist to join our team, providing technical support for all isolved time solutions and delivering exceptional customer service to clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain high client retention through superior customer service, assisting clients with all aspects of time products.
  • Handle a high volume of telephone and email correspondence, ensuring timely and professional responses.
  • Advise clients on optimal utilization of the time/HCM platforms, enhancing their productivity and efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot complex problems with client hardware and software, providing effective solutions and minimizing downtime.
  • Stay up-to-date on enhancements to the time/HCM platform and new products/services, keeping clients informed and engaged.
  • Maintain accurate customer files and communication logs, ensuring seamless record-keeping and compliance.
  • Participate in additional projects as assigned, contributing to the growth and success of the team.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years of related experience, preferably in customer support or a similar field.
  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective interaction with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently, exercising initiative and judgment in completing assignments.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred, with relevant certifications (FPC, CPP, SHRM) strongly desired.
