Agricultural Loan Specialists play a vital role in helping farmers and rural communities access the funds they need to thrive. At GPAC, we're seeking a skilled professional to join our team and help us deliver exceptional results in agri-finance.

As an Agricultural Loan Specialist, you'll be responsible for managing and growing a loan portfolio, making sales calls to achieve sales goals, and meeting benchmarks in profitability and credit quality. You'll also work closely with support staff and executive management to promote new business development and drive growth.

To succeed in this role, you'll need outstanding verbal and written communication skills, exceptional negotiation skills, and a strong understanding of the agricultural industry. A bachelor's degree or corresponding education and related training is required.
