Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supervisor, SMT to lead our Starlink manufacturing team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for overseeing the mass production of PCB and PCBA processes, ensuring high-quality products, and driving process improvements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of production technicians, providing guidance, coaching, and mentoring to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
  • Process Optimization: Collaborate with manufacturing and design engineers to optimize production processes, reduce waste, and improve efficiency.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all products meet the highest quality standards, identifying and addressing any quality issues promptly.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance productivity and quality.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, design, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless collaboration and information sharing.
Requirements
  • Education: High school degree or equivalency certificate, or a Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in a manufacturing/testing environment, with at least 1+ year of experience leading a team or project.
  • Skills: Lean/Six Sigma green belt certification, experience with lean manufacturing training, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and shop floor management software.
Working Conditions

This is a 2nd shift role working from 3:30 PM - 2:00 AM. Must be open to working all shifts, extended hours, and weekends as needed. Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds unassisted.

Compensation and Benefits

Pay range: $105,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year. Your actual level and base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on job-related knowledge and skills, education, and experience.
