Key Responsibilities
  • Production Planning and Coordination: Develop and implement production plans, schedules, and processes to meet production targets and quality standards.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of production technicians, providing guidance, coaching, and mentoring to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their jobs effectively.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all products meet quality and safety standards, identifying and addressing any quality issues or defects.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously monitor and improve production processes, identifying opportunities for efficiency gains and implementing changes to reduce costs and improve productivity.

Requirements
