Key Responsibilities- Production Planning and Coordination: Develop and implement production plans, schedules, and processes to meet production targets and quality standards.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of production technicians, providing guidance, coaching, and mentoring to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their jobs effectively.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that all products meet quality and safety standards, identifying and addressing any quality issues or defects.
