About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Youth Development Specialist to join our team at Super Soccer Stars. As a key member of our coaching staff, you will be responsible for leading fun and educational soccer activities for children aged 2-10.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver engaging soccer programs that promote physical activity, teamwork, and social skills.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with children, parents, and staff.
- Ensure a safe and inclusive environment for all participants.
- Collaborate with other coaches and staff to achieve program goals and objectives.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance coaching skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with children in a coaching or educational setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work a variety of schedules, including weekdays and weekends.
- First aid and CPR certification.
