Commercialization Manager II Job Description

At Refresco, we're seeking a highly skilled Commercialization Manager II to join our team in Tampa, FL. As a key member of our Commercialization department, you'll be responsible for end-to-end management of commercialization projects for retail and contract manufacturing customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Strategy and Bid Management: Ensure the strategic sales funnel is being utilized and evaluated with each opportunity. Collaborate with Commercial Finance and Sales to prepare complex bids and gather preliminary information for a successful handoff.
  • Commercialization Project Management: Lead commercialization projects, coordinate stage-gate routing, and project approvals. Manage 25-35 projects at various stages in the internal workflow, prioritizing and working independently in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
  • Education and Experience: Associate's Degree required; Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred. 4-6 years of experience in project management, sales, and/or marketing roles with proven ability to manage multi-department projects.
  • Skills: Expertise in project management, SAP experience a plus. Excellent written and oral communication skills, with ability to present information and respond to questions from senior management.
