Commercialization Manager II

Refresco is seeking a highly skilled Commercialization Manager II to join our team in Tampa, FL. As a key member of our Commercialization department, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end commercialization projects for retail and contract manufacturing customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and coordinate cross-functional teams to commercialize new projects, existing customer changes, and key initiatives.
- Develop and implement sales strategies and bid management processes to ensure efficient project execution.
- Lead commercialization projects, coordinate stage-gate routing, and project approvals.
- Establish product launch requirements, milestones, deadlines, and action planning and execution.
- Manage 25-35 projects at various stages in the internal workflow.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Commercial Finance.
- Associate's Degree required; Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred.
- 4-6 years of experience in similar project management, sales, and/or marketing roles.
- Expertise in project management, industrial FMCG, food, high volume commodity products segment, and/or CPG preferably private label combined with value brands production.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from senior management.
