Regional Sales Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Development Manager to join our team at C.A. Ferolie Corp. in Lincoln, RI. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion across multiple market geographies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with top-tier CPG brands and grocery customers to achieve their business objectives.
  • Lead the business relationship with clients to achieve their assortment, merchandising, pricing, and promotion objectives, resulting in increased market share, volume, and profitability.
  • Provide strategic recommendations and tactical execution of client objectives while supporting customers' category growth goals.
  • Travel to customer HQ locations in MA and CT to build relationships and drive business growth.
Requirements:
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree or equivalent; or five to ten years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and associates.
  • Basic arithmetic operations skills to accurately calculate budgets, net sales, margins, promotional percentages, discounts, and commissions.
  • Critical thinking skills, including analysis, evaluation, and synthesis, as well as abstract thinking, creative thinking, information processing, and problem-solving.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Valid driver's license and clean DMV report.
