Role Summary: The Talent Acquisition Manager plays a crucial role in strategizing, developing, and overseeing recruitment processes for the East Division. This position is accountable for executing HR marketing, hiring, and development initiatives for designated business partners. Responsibilities encompass hourly and salary recruitment, ATS management, and ensuring compliance with affirmative action and employment laws. This role is office-based, requiring attendance five days a week. Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists. Collaborate in setting divisional goals and expectations, driving initiatives through direct reports and business partners. Work closely with HR Business Partners to devise effective recruitment strategies and engage with leadership to achieve desired outcomes. Oversee the hiring processes for salary exempt, salary non-exempt, and hourly positions, including marketing strategies, pre-screening, interview coordination, job offers, and onboarding activities. Manage the Division Management Associate & Intern Programs; develop and coordinate on-campus marketing and recruitment efforts, fostering relationships with career departments, professors, and campus organizations. Establish, maintain, and assess departmental reports in relation to organizational goals. Propose innovative approaches, policies, and procedures to enhance departmental efficiency and service delivery. Undertake additional HR-related duties as assigned. Travel Requirements: Expect 30-35% travel, including out-of-area and overnight trips for school visits, recruitment events, and hiring at various sites within the East Division. A company vehicle will be provided, along with gas and maintenance. Qualifications: A bachelor's degree and a minimum of five years of relevant experience in Human Resources. Comprehensive knowledge of full-cycle recruiting, employer branding techniques, HRIS, ATS, sourcing, and recruitment marketing tools. Additional Qualifications: PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred. Strong time management skills are essential. Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
