Your Role:
We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist within our Human Resources (HR) Solutions team. This position plays a crucial role in supporting our HR Talent Acquisition efforts.

This role is integral to the growth of our Fort Saskatchewan Path2Zero (FS P2Z) Program, which is vital to our Decarbonization strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the FS P2Z hiring strategy in collaboration with HR, program leadership, and Hiring Managers.
- Manage the complete recruitment cycle for FS P2Z Program hiring, ensuring alignment with hiring needs and expectations.
- Plan and coordinate local hiring initiatives and participate in Early Career events.
- Define and implement an inclusive sourcing strategy at both the program and individual requisition levels.
- Provide a diverse pool of pre-screened candidates to Hiring Managers, adhering to global inclusive hiring guidelines.
- Ensure a top-tier candidate experience throughout the Talent Acquisition process, engaging and influencing candidates effectively.
- Oversee the execution and resolution of hiring activities, identifying areas for improvement and participating in global or regional TA projects.
- Train new recruiters on Dow processes and systems.

Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree or an Associate's degree combined with 5 years of recruiting experience, or relevant military experience at or above a U.S. E6 ranking or Canadian Petty Officer 2nd Class, Sergeant ranking, or higher.
- At least 3 years of experience in Human Resources is required.
- Proficiency in English, with advanced speaking, writing, and reading skills.

Preferred Skills:
- Over 5 years of HR recruiting experience is preferred.
- Familiarity with Workday recruiting systems.
- Previous experience in project management.
- A client-focused mindset with a collaborative approach.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
