Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Front Desk/Sales Associate to join our team at Run With Stride. As a key member of our studio, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and contributing to a positive and engaging experience for our members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute the full sales process, from lead generation to closing the sale, to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Conduct studio tours to build rapport with new prospects and facilitate sales.
  • Stay knowledgeable about our products, programs, and pricing to effectively communicate with members.
  • Emphasize and enforce the objectives of our studio as a fitness and wellness provider.
  • Book quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quotas.
  • Participate in grassroots and community events to promote our studio.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment.
  • Develop and refine your selling skills to drive sales growth.
Requirements
  • Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Goal-oriented with the ability to achieve sales targets.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Ability to learn and use our ClubReady software system.
  • Fluency in English and excellent communication skills via in-person, phone, and email.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficient computer skills.
  • Daily and/or occasional travel may be required.
  • Attend special events and trainings as needed.
Physical Demands
  • May be required to sit or stand for up to four hours at a time.
  • May be required to reach with hands and arms.
  • Must be able to bend, lift, kneel, and drive a car.
  • Must be able to climb up and down flights of stairs as elevators are not present at all locations.
  • May be asked to occasionally lift up to 30 pounds.
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust and focus.
  • Must be able to effectively hear in person and via telephone.
