About the Role:

Aristeo is seeking a highly motivated and organized Project Engineer to join our team. As a Project Engineer, you will play a crucial role in assisting Project Managers and Estimators in all aspects of the estimating and project management process.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in the estimating process, including attending pre-bids, quantity take-offs, and sub-bid solicitations.
  2. Develop and update master and short interval schedules for project control.
  3. Provide weekly submissions of quantities installed for productivity reporting.
  4. Complete document control procedures, including issuance of relevant documents to sub-trades.
  5. Compile and submit submittal packages with shop drawings for approval.
  6. Track material status and compile project punch lists or issues matrices.
  7. Review weekly productivity reports with Project Managers and Superintendents to suggest improvements.
  8. Assist in coordinating sub-bid solicitations and procuring resources.
  9. Ensure proper documentation for additional work.
  10. Support Superintendents in completing "As Built" drawings.
  11. Assist Project Managers and Superintendents in completing project closeout requirements.
  12. Maintain project files and shop drawing processing.

Requirements:

  1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Primavera.
  2. Experience with BIM, GradeBeam, and Bluebeam preferred.
  3. OSHA 30 hour certification preferred.
  4. Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  5. Ability to meet deadlines and follow through on tasks.
  6. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management and 2+ years of experience in the construction industry.
