Project Engineer

Are you a motivated and detail-oriented individual looking for a challenging role in the construction industry? We are seeking a skilled Project Engineer to join our innovative team at Aristeo.
As a Project Engineer, you will play a crucial role in assisting Project Managers and Estimators in all aspects of the estimating and project management process. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in the estimating process, including attending pre-bids, quantity take-offs, and sub-bid solicitations
- Developing and updating master and short interval schedules for distribution project control
- Providing weekly submissions of quantities installed for productivity reporting
- Completing document control procedures, including issuance of relevant documents to sub-trades
- Compiling and submitting required submittal packages with shop drawings for approval
- Tracking material status and updating project punch lists or issues matrices
- Reviewing weekly productivity reports with the Project Manager and Superintendent to suggest improvements
- Assisting with coordinating sub-bid solicitations and procuring resources
- Ensuring proper documentation for additional work and assisting with project closeout requirements
- Maintaining project files and shop drawing processing
- Preparing submittal package compilations and assisting with financial management
To be successful in this role, you will need to be proficient in Microsoft Office and Primavera, with experience with BIM, GradeBeam, and Bluebeam preferred. OSHA 30 hour certification is also a plus. You will be a strong communicator with excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
