Job Title: Invoicing Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Invoicing Analyst to join our team at Asembia. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily, weekly, and monthly invoicing procedures and processes, as well as performing administrative tasks and data analysis as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update billing statuses in billing systems on a regular and ongoing basis
  • Develop deep knowledge of ASIS billing system and its capabilities to prepare monthly invoicing
  • Perform analysis on member/vendor charges related to Fee for Service/Data programs and validate the accuracy of backup provided for payment
  • Reconcile patient copay files and maintain patient copay reconciliation report properly identified by vendor/manufacturer program monthly
  • Document and maintain departmental procedures in a prescribed format to create an organized and uniform process/procedure manual
  • Perform accounting functions such as bill entry, invoice entry, analyzing balance sheet accounts, calculating, and determining and entering monthly accruals
  • Assist with external auditors during the financial year-end audit, providing support, reconciliations, and analyses as needed
  • Work with internal/external team members within the organization as needed
  • Drive improvement by suggesting system enhancements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
  • Ability to interpret contracts
  • Minimum 2-3 years of professional experience in the Pharmaceutical industry
  • Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft proficiency
  • Proficiency in data analysis
  • Familiarity with Microsoft SQL is helpful but not necessary
  • Experience with Ariba Network, Coupa, and knowledge of other procurement sites is helpful
