- Create and submit invoices to customers according to company financial practices and policies.
- Enter renewals and place clients on financial hold, maintaining accurate customer records.
- Handle billing inquiries and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain and update customer files, including name or address changes, to ensure accurate financial records.
- Draft correspondence for standard past-due accounts and collections, following company procedures.
- Generate reports regarding the current status of customer accounts, providing valuable insights for financial decision-making.
- Process payments, service credits, and refunds daily, ensuring accurate financial transactions.
- Meet department Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and perform other related duties as assigned, contributing to the company's financial success.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field preferred.
- At least 2+ years of related experience required, with a proven track record of financial transactions management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial information to customers and stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software, with the ability to operate related office equipment.
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment, with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
