Job Overview
The Administrative Front Desk Specialist plays a crucial role in embodying the administrative team as the primary point of contact for the Clinical Research Center.

This position involves close collaboration with various departments to enhance operational efficiency and customer service. Responsibilities include managing scheduling, patient registration, handling telephone inquiries, as well as organizing documents through scanning and filing.

The Specialist must possess a thorough understanding of ongoing research studies to identify necessary resources for protocol visits. Duties also encompass creating reservation forms, liaising with Study Coordinators, and ensuring the precision of information dissemination.

Key Responsibilities
- Support daily administrative operations across multiple campuses.
- Maintain confidentiality while managing sensitive information.
- Assist in the coordination of patient visits and study protocols.

Qualifications
Required: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, 1-3 years of relevant experience, strong communication and organizational skills.

Preferred: Background in healthcare, research administration, clinical trials, and familiarity with medical terminology. CITI certification is advantageous.
