Work Schedule

  • Alternative Work Schedule (4/10): Enjoy the flexibility of working four 10-hour days each week, ideal for maintaining productivity during extended hours.
  • Typical hours: 7:30 AM - 6:30 PM
  • Monday to Friday, with one Saturday commitment each month

Qualifications and Skills Required

  • Previous experience as a Patient Care Coordinator in a dental or orthodontic setting is preferred
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong aptitude for negotiation
  • Comfortable discussing treatment options and financial matters with patients
  • Proficient in computer usage and familiar with dental management software
  • A friendly, enthusiastic team player with a positive demeanor
  • Ability to learn quickly and a willingness to adapt
  • Strong multitasking capabilities and effective time management skills
  • Compassionate and dedicated to delivering outstanding patient service
  • Punctual and dependable in all professional interactions

Key Responsibilities

  • Clearly explain treatment options and associated costs to patients
  • Facilitate financial discussions and payment arrangements
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of treatments, timelines, and financial plans
  • Coordinate treatment schedules and manage follow-up appointments
  • Keep accurate and detailed patient records
  • Ensure effective communication within the team and between patients and dental professionals
  • Assist in marketing initiatives to attract and retain patients
