**About the Role**

We are seeking an exceptional Diverse Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team at Dollar Shave Club in Durham, North Carolina. As a key member of our People and Culture department, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the employee experience, managing talent acquisition, development, and retention.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in e-commerce or CPG companies, with experience in managing people integrations resulting from M&A activities. They will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to cultivate a strong, inclusive, and engaged workplace culture that reflects our company's values.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Culture & Employee Experience:
    • Develop and implement strategies to foster a positive workplace culture that drives employee satisfaction and well-being.
    • Act as a cultural ambassador, promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion across all levels of the organization.
  • Talent Acquisition & Management:
    • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention efforts to ensure we attract and retain top talent that aligns with our company's values and strategic goals.
    • Develop and manage talent development programs, including training, performance management, and succession planning.
  • People Integrations:
    • Lead the people integration process during company mergers, acquisitions, or other structural changes.
    • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and successful integration of new teams and employees into the company.
  • Performance Management:
    • Oversee the development and implementation of performance management systems that drive high performance, accountability, and alignment with company goals.
  • Change Management:
    • Drive change management efforts related to organizational growth, restructuring, or operational improvements.

**Requirements:**

  • Experience:
    • A minimum of 10+ years of experience in Human Resources, People & Culture, or related fields, with a proven track record in e-commerce or CPG companies.
  • Skills:
    • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to align people strategies with business goals.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence across all levels of the organization.

    • A passion for fostering a positive workplace culture, with a strong emphasis on collaboration, innovation, and employee well-being.

What We Offer:
