Talent Management Expert Wanted

We are seeking a talented Talent Management Expert to join our team at Duke University's Sanford School of Public Policy. As a key member of the school's leadership, you will be responsible for developing and implementing human resources strategies that support the operational efforts of the school.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing HR functions, including recruitment, training, and employee relations. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with faculty, staff, and students.

This is a full-time position that requires a bachelor's degree in a related field and at least five years of business and/or administrative experience. The estimated salary for this role is $130,000-$170,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
