Key Responsibilities- Guest Registration: Greet guests immediately and register them in a friendly and efficient manner, ensuring all necessary information is collected and accurate.
- Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk area, including handling guest inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information on hotel services and amenities.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and management, using clear and concise language to ensure seamless communication.
- Problem-Solving: Anticipate and resolve guest complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with other departments, including housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance, to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: No prior experience required, but prior hospitality experience preferred.
- Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a strong commitment to customer service.
- Language: Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently, with additional language skills a plus.
This is a full-time position, requiring regular attendance and flexibility to work varying schedules to meet the needs of the hotel. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and maintain a high level of professionalism and courtesy at all times.
