Podiatry Receptionist

We are seeking a friendly and organized receptionist/assistant to join our team at Peter Smith DPM FACFAO PC. As a receptionist/assistant, you will be the first point of contact for patients and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and supporting the podiatry team.

• Greet patients and visitors, answer phone calls, and respond to emails
• Manage patient scheduling, appointments, and waitlists
• Process payments, handle billing, and maintain accurate records
• Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
• Provide general office support, including maintaining a clean and organized workspace

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience in a medical or administrative setting preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of medical software
