Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at Marriott Saddle Brook. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable stay.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Registration: Greet and register guests in a friendly and efficient manner, ensuring all necessary information is accurately captured.
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk area, including handling guest inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Communication: Respond to guest requests and concerns in a timely and professional manner, using effective communication skills to resolve issues.
  • Cash Handling: Handle cash, credit card transactions, and other forms of payment, maintaining accurate records and balancing the front desk bank.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other front office staff to ensure seamless communication and a high level of service delivery.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: No prior experience necessary, but prior hospitality experience preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills, basic math skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
