Job Title: Front Office Director

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Director to join our team. As a key member of our hotel operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the front desk and guest services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Front Desk Operations: Oversee and manage the daily operations of the front desk, ensuring exceptional service standards are consistently met.
  • Guest Services: Act as the primary point of contact for guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests, providing timely and effective solutions.
  • Team Management: Monitor and manage front desk staff, ensuring they are well-trained, motivated, and delivering high-quality service.
  • Communication: Coordinate with various departments, including housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B, to ensure guest needs and expectations are fulfilled.
  • Problem-Solving: Address and resolve any issues or emergencies that arise, ensuring minimal disruption to guests and operations.
Requirements:
  • Experience: A minimum of three years job-related experience.
  • Skills: Strong written and verbal communication, strong decision-making and organizational skills, PMS system experience a plus.
  • Personal Qualities: Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced environment, knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
