About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Surgical Support Technician to join our team at Jupiter Medical Center. As a key member of our operating room staff, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the surgical support team, OR staff, anesthesiologists, and surgeons to facilitate patient care
  • Clean and troubleshoot surgical equipment to ensure optimal performance
  • Conduct operating room turnovers and terminal cleaning to maintain a safe and sterile environment
  • Assist with patient positioning, transport, and setup of equipment in the operating room suite
  • Communicate effectively with all levels of clinical staff to ensure seamless patient care
Requirements
  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Health-related education, experience, or certification
  • American Heart Association BLS certification for Healthcare Providers
  • Experience in the operating room environment
