Job Title: Account Executive Multimedia Sales

Salem Media Group is seeking a highly motivated sales professional to join our team as an Account Executive for Multimedia Sales. This role will be responsible for selling and managing our multi-media marketing solutions, including radio, digital, and event sales, to local small and medium-sized businesses.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect for local and regional businesses to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with decision-makers to understand their marketing needs and create customized solutions.
  • Research and stay current on local digital marketing trends and opportunities to provide innovative solutions to clients.
  • Create and present strategic marketing proposals to key accounts and new business decision-makers.
  • Accurately project revenues and meet/exceed monthly budgets for all product lines.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales goals in both on-air and online media.
  • Knowledge of digital products and how they are positioned and sold in the marketplace.
  • Ability to understand categories of businesses to prospect in and develop targeted marketing strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present multi-varied solutions to groups of people.
  • Proven track record of developing business marketing strategies for local and regional clients.
